MyRankAI (myrankai.app) is operated by Hexa Logic Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service does

MyRankAI analyzes a website you submit and produces an automated report estimating how visible that site is to AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews), along with plain-English recommendations. Running a free scan does not require an account.

An optional "live check" feature, when you choose to trigger it, sends real questions to third-party AI platform APIs (currently Google's Gemini) and shows you their actual responses. This feature is rate-limited and is not run automatically.

2. Accounts

Free scans do not require signing in. Unlocking a report's full recommendation plan is a paid, one-time purchase and requires signing in with Google or an email/password account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Payments and refunds

Unlocking a report is a one-time payment. See our Refund Policy for details — in short, because the report is delivered instantly upon payment, purchases are final except in cases of billing error or technical failure.

4. Public scan history

Websites you submit for scanning, and their resulting scores and summaries, are visible to anyone visiting the site's History page. Do not submit URLs you do not want publicly associated with a visibility score. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

MyRankAI's scores and recommendations are automated estimates based on publicly available signals at the time of the scan. We do not guarantee that any AI system will recommend, cite, or mention a given website, now or in the future — AI platform behavior is outside our control and can change at any time. 6. Acceptable use

Do not use MyRankAI to scan websites for the purpose of harassment, to submit unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

MyRankAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Perplexity AI. Product names, logos, and brands referenced (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexa Logic Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
