Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data MyRankAI (operated by Hexa Logic Solutions) collects and how it is used. We try to collect as little as the service actually needs.

1. Information you submit

When you run a scan, we store the website URL you submitted, the resulting analysis, and the timestamp. This does not require an account.

This is public. Submitted URLs and their scan results appear on the site's public History page, visible to any visitor — there is currently no way to make an individual scan private. Please do not scan a URL if you do not want its address and score publicly associated with MyRankAI.

2. Account information

If you sign in (required only to unlock a paid report), we receive your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your name, from Firebase Authentication. We store this along with a unique account identifier so we can associate a purchase with your account. We do not receive or store your Google or email account password — authentication is handled entirely by Firebase.

3. Payment information

Card and payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We retain only the fact that a purchase was made and its amount, for receipts and support.

4. The live AI check feature

If you explicitly choose to run a "live check," we send your website's domain and a couple of generated questions about it to third-party AI platform APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and/or Perplexity, depending on which are configured) and display their real responses to you. This only happens when you click to run it — never automatically. Those platforms' own privacy policies govern how they handle that request.

5. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (a Google product) to understand overall usage — page views, general device/browser information, and usage patterns. This is aggregate usage data, not tied to your identity unless you are signed in.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage for keeping you signed in (via Firebase Authentication) and for Firebase Analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data retention

Scan data is retained indefinitely as part of the public scan history unless you contact us to request removal. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

8. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete your account and associated data, by emailing us — we do not currently offer a self-service delete option, so this is handled manually. Note that public scan history entries may need to be handled separately, as described above.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
